Now Hiring: Clear and Acrylic Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented Clear and Acrylic Technician to join our orthodontic appliance lab. This hands-on role requires precision, focus, and comfort working with small tools and materials to produce removable orthodontic appliances that meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Read and accurately interpret doctor prescriptions and patient preferences Pour acrylic and form molds using dental models with care and precision Create thin acrylic plates for various orthodontic appliances, such as retainers Use hand tools and lathe equipment to grind, polish, and finish appliances to exact specifications Ensure all appliances are production-ready before submission to the quality control team Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and patient satisfaction Assist with additional lab tasks as needed to support smooth operations What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience using hand tools (grinding, buffing, polishing) and lathes is preferred Strong ability to follow detailed instructions with precision and care Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship Enjoyment of hands-on, craft-style work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed.
