Join Our Team as an E-commerce Specialist

You’ll be hands-on with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms, helping keep client accounts running smoothly while also contributing to creative and operational tasks. What You’ll Do
Manage and support daily operations across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and other marketplaces, including product listings, promotions, and pricing updates.
Assist with advertising campaign setup, maintenance, and performance tracking, focusing on Sponsored Products and retail media initiatives.
Handle ad-hoc front desk responsibilities such as signing for deliveries, sorting mail, and supporting occasional mailing projects—helping keep our office running smoothly.
Utilize AI-powered tools and software to support creative content updates, reporting, and operational workflows, while continuously learning and adopting new technologies.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and senior team members to ensure timely follow-through on projects and maintain account health.
Pull and maintain sales, inventory, and performance reports to provide clear insights and support decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a resourceful and confident professional who takes initiative and manages your workload independently. Your hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is solid, and you’re comfortable navigating e-commerce marketplaces and advertising platforms. Even if your background leans more toward Shopify or product detail page management, your eagerness to learn and adapt will help you excel here.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you’re comfortable stepping into varied responsibilities, including some front desk duties, without hesitation. Punctuality, reliability, and an ownership mentality come naturally to you, and you’re ready to contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
