Continental Marketing is looking for an Inside Support Specialist to join our growing sales and operations team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, gain exposure to retail operations (including work with Costco), and make a meaningful impact, all while learning from an experienced team in Kent, WA. This role is similar to positions such as Sales Operations Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Sales Support Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator. What You'll Do Keep Things Moving: Support day-to-day coordination of projects, orders, and sales operations activities to ensure everything stays on track Support and Improve Processes: Help organize workflows and identify ways to make things run more smoothly Communicate and Coordinate: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal sales and operations teams to keep everyone aligned Stay Organized with Tools: Use Excel, Google Suite, and other systems to track information, manage details, and maintain accuracy Problem Solve: Help troubleshoot issues and keep work moving forward when things change or don’t go as planned Support the Team: Assist with ongoing projects, team coordination, and general operational needs What You Bring Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Comfort working with tools like Excel, Google Suite, or similar systems A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Nice to Have Exposure to retail, supply chain, or customer operations Familiarity with Costco or large retail partners Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce What We Offer Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year Growth Opportunities: We promote from within and support development Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Collaborative, In-Person Work Environment Paid Holidays Gym subsidy Location Kent, WA (Greater Seattle Area) In-office role Additional Information This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in sales support, account coordination, operations coordination, order processing, administrative support, or customer operations .
